Returns require preauthorisation from our team and must be postmarked within 90 days from the original shipment date.

We guarantee refunds for all eligible requests within 90 days, which are processed within seven (7) business days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
You do not have to worry about return shipping costs, as our company will cover return shipping charges for defective or incorrect items, exchanges are processed within the same timeframe, allowing customers to swap items for different sizes or products of equal or greater value.
In case you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we ask you to contact us within 90 days, and we will not only replace the item but also cover the additional shipping charges. For customer order errors, exchanges can be made without a restocking fee, though any new shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - We’ll email you a UPS, DHL, FedEx, or insured US mail. shipping label and invoice.
- Include a copy of your packing list or email invoice with detailed return/exchange instructions.
